Client Polices & Expectations
At OTG Strength & Performance, our goal is to provide a high-level, structured training experience. The following policies are in place to ensure consistency, fairness, and the best possible results for all clients.

Payment & Billing
All services are billed through our secure payment system.
• Memberships may be billed weekly, monthly, or paid in full depending on the selected package
• All recurring memberships are set to automatic billing
• A valid payment method must be kept on file at all times
• Failed or declined payments will result in immediate suspension of services until resolved

No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
• OTG Strength & Performance does not offer refunds for any reason
• This includes unused sessions, scheduling conflicts, travel, relocation, or change of mind

Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
We respect your time and expect the same in return.
• A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
• Sessions canceled within 12 hours will be charged in full
• Missed sessions or no-shows will be considered used and non-transferable

Session Expiration
To maintain consistency and results:
• All sessions must be used within the active billing cycle or package duration
• Unused sessions do not roll over
• Expired sessions are forfeited

Membership Policy (No Pauses)
Memberships are continuous and reserve dedicated time within our schedule.
• Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or prorated for vacations, travel, or personal conflicts
• Clients are responsible for using their sessions within each billing cycle
• Unused sessions will expire based on the policy above

Membership Cancellation
• A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required to cancel a recurring membership
• If proper notice is not given, the next billing cycle will be charged

Results Disclaimer
While we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching:
• Results are not guaranteed
• Progress depends on consistency, effort, nutrition, and lifestyle outside of training sessions

Client Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a positive and professional training environment.
• Clients are expected to act respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other members
• OTG Strength & Performance reserves the right to terminate services without refund for inappropriate behavior

Non-Solicitation Policy
All training services must remain within OTG Strength & Performance.
• Clients may not hire or train privately with OTG coaches outside of the business
• Circumventing the system will result in termination of services without refund

Liability Waiver
By participating in training:
• You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks
• You confirm you are physically able to participate
• You agree to release OTG Strength & Performance and its coaches from liability for injuries or damages
